Foto Friday: Macro
Sammy and I arrived safe and sound in El Paso late Wednesday evening after about eight hours of travel time; I'm now in the process of trying to get us both back onto our old schedule, which is two hours behind what we've been living by for the last ten days. Since I'm rather jet-lagged, I'm going to take the easy way out today and post some kinda/sorta macro photos that I took on a walk in while Pennsylvania earlier this week. I have no idea what kind of plants they are, but I loved the natural texture of the first one, which reminds me of snowflakes or the pattern that frost makes on a window pane for some reason.
Most of the fall foliage was long gone when I took my little photo walk, but there were still some spots of color here and there--if you kept your eyes peeled. These tiny little berries were hidden back among some thorn bushes, but their vibrant cardinal red color caught the corner of my eye as I was walking past. Have a great weekend everyone!
