{Yesterday afternoon was a bit of an anomaly here in El Paso--cloudy and cool with a high in the low 70s. It wasn't long before the clouds became large and ominous, with thunder in the distance and soon we were treated to nice, long rain that quickly turned our backyard into a small pond.}
{This was the first thunderstorm that happened while Sammy was awake since we moved here and he was just enthralled by the whole spectacle, running from window to window to watch the rain and looking at me with wide eyes every time thunder clapped nearby.}

Now why couldn't that rain have made it over to our side of town?? All we got was a short sprinkle:(
Could use some of that rain here too!
Great pics as always, L!
OMG, The only thing I really remember about el paso (since I was little when we lived there) was when it rained so hard that the streets flooded and we swam in it like a lake. It was awesome!!!
